It’s Football Season which means delicious food. We love to BBQ during football season.
My product spotlight is Mantis BBQ.

I used the sauce on my Baked BBQ Ribs. These ribs were so easy to prepare. I prepared these in the oven. So anyone can make these fall off the bone ribs.
Dragonfruit Refresher at Home
Here is one of my favorite things to drink from Starbucks, Mango Dragonfruit Refresher. Did you know that Starbucks now sells the Starbucks Refresher Concentrate in stores.
I ordered the Starbucks Refresher for me to try at home. I made my own version of the drink with a twist.
Salmon Bites with Afia
As the new year is here, we are working to be more mindful in our meal preps. This is a new healthy recipe, Salmon bites Mediterranean bowl. Chicken Shawarma with Afia
We are in the season of busy. Both of my kids are currently in their Fall Sports which means a change in our schedules. One thing I work hard to do is making sure we have home cooked meals nightly. It requires planning on my part to make sure this happens.I had the opportunity to work with a new brand called “Afia”. Afia is company that creates Mediterranean Spices.
